Quantum Sky seeks a Senior Applications Software Developer to lead design and development of the Oracle Federal Financials OFF suite on RHEL/AWS GovCloud. You will mentor junior engineers, interface with DHA CRM stakeholders, and drive secure coding practices across multiple modules and interfaces.

The role emphasizes architecture, data interfaces, and auditable financial capabilities, including G-Invoicing and CARS integration, aligning with DoD directives and SDLC governance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Federal Financials on UNIX/Linux.
• Experience developing and customizing Oracle EBS/Federal Financials modules.
• Proficient in PL/SQL development and concurrent programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and reviews for developers.
• Design, develop, customize, and integrate OFF modules and interfaces.
• Mentor Journeyman Developers and coordinate with Architects.
