Job summary

Highbrow LLC seeks an experienced Oracle DBA to manage on-site databases in Berkeley Heights, NJ or Alpharetta, GA. You will oversee migrations to Oracle Cloud, performance tuning, and secure data protection with GoldenGate, Data Guard, and TDE technologies.

You must have 5+ years of Oracle DB experience and strong skills in ASM/RAC, backup, and recovery, plus ITIL-based service management tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years administering Oracle databases (11g/12c/19c) in OLTP and data warehouse environments.
• Experience with ExaCS/ExaCC migration and Zero Downtime Migration.
• Proven backup/restore management with NetBackup/EMC/DDBoost.

Responsibilities

• Perform migration of on-prem databases to Oracle Cloud with minimal downtime.
• Monitor performance and allocate resources for optimal operation.
• Execute failover testing, apply patches, and ensure secure cloud operations.
