Job summary

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Greater Atlantic fisheries management agencies and related systems.
  • Experience with Oracle Database 19C+, on premise and cloud, and Oracle tools.

Responsibilities

  • Scope data design, architecture, analysis, and PL/SQL development within Oracle Databases (NMFS/NGMOS and AWS).
  • Create architectures for databases, modernizing and consolidating where possible.
  • Design IT architecture and database systems for NOAA at enterprise level.
  • Deliver completed Oracle DDL and PL/SQL into NMFS Oracle DBMS systems.
