Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least eight years related IT experience.
• At least three years of IT experience with server-based RDBMS software installations in Unix/Windows environments.
• Experience with Oracle, WebLogic/Tomcat, and Banner 9.

Responsibilities

• Administers multiple Oracle RDBMS and application server environments across operating systems.
• Maintain Banner 9 applications and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide production technical support for administrative/academic services.
• Lead change migration and release management tasks.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with service managers/directors.
• Perform after-hours/on-call support as needed.
• Coordinate with IT staff to ensure data integrity and system availability.
