Job summary

HTC Global Services in Lansing, MI is seeking a Senior Oracle Data Developer to design, develop, and maintain Oracle database objects and data integrations for enterprise applications.

You will lead data migration efforts, collaborate with Data Architects and DBAs, and build SOAP/REST services to enable secure, scalable data flows while ensuring quality and performance across systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years Oracle PL/SQL development experience with packages, procedures and functions.
• 8+ years using Oracle development tools such as TOAD or SQL Developer.
• 8+ years designing and maintaining Oracle database objects.
• 8+ years in data modeling, data quality, and metadata management.
• 8+ years developing and integrating SOAP/REST web services.
• Experience with data migration and data conversion tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle database objects including tables, views, indexes and constraints.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions to support business logic and ETL.
• Lead data migration and data conversion for new implementations and upgrades.
• Develop and consume SOAP/REST web services for data integrations.
• Collaborate with Data Architects and DBAs on performance tuning and best practices.
• Analyze data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with standards.
