Job summary

The A.C.Coy Company is seeking a senior Oracle Technical Analyst to join our Oracle Platform team in West Virginia. You will help maintain, optimize, and advance our Oracle Cloud ecosystem, focusing on ERP Cloud, HCM integrations, and OIC administration.

You will lead AI development initiatives within our Oracle landscape, create intelligent solutions, and build robust integrations with OTBI/BIP/OC Analytics. Strong SQL/PLSQL/XML/JSON skills and experience with REST/SOAP are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience integrating Oracle ERP/SCM, WMS, HCM Cloud.
• Proficient in OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL/XML/JSON/XSLT and REST/SOAP skills.
• Interest in AI, Python, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and support integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP, Cloud HCM, and internal/3rd-party systems using REST and SOAP.
• Serve as the primary administrator for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), provisioning, patching, security mapping, and monitoring.
• Monitor dashboards, troubleshoot message failures, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Gather requirements to design high-performance OTBI/BIP reports and dashboards.
• Extract, transform, and map data across ERP and HCM modules.
• Explore AI-driven solutions within OCI and automate workflows to improve ERP/HCM experiences.
