Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC seeks a Senior Oracle ERP Grants Consultant to lead design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Grants Management within the Oracle Projects/PPM suite. You will drive requirements, reengineer processes, and ensure grant accounting, sponsor billing, and revenue recognition are established.

Travel to Memphis, TN 1–2 weeks per month is required; remote work is possible for the balance of time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of functional consulting in Oracle ERP.
• 3+ years hands-on with Oracle Cloud Grants Management.
• Two full-lifecycle implementations as SME for Grants.
• Deep knowledge of grant accounting, sponsor billing, budgeting, revenue recognition.
• Experience linking Grants with GL, Payables, Purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end configuration for Oracle Cloud Grants Management.
• Run discovery workshops with finance/research administration teams.
• Configure award templates, sponsor rules, budgets, and cost structures.
• Map grant lifecycle: setup, post-award, invoicing, closeout.
• Prepare test scripts, conduct SIT/UAT, and resolve defects.
• Develop user guides and provide post-go-live support.
