Qualifications

• 12–14 years of Oracle functional experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance
• Extensive expertise in AR, Accounting, Receivables, Advanced Collections, and Enterprise Contracts
• Strong understanding of staffing domain integrations with Oracle Cloud Finance
• Experience translating business requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions
• PaaS troubleshooting experience and client-facing communications

Responsibilities

• Provide SME-level support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance
• Design, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Oracle Cloud Finance solutions including AR, Accounting, Receivables, Advanced Collections, and Enterprise Contracts
• Analyze requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud Finance solutions
• Troubleshoot functional issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Understand and troubleshoot PaaS-based integrations with Oracle Cloud Finance
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve integration issues
• Engage with clients to capture requirements and provide recommendations
• Participate in design, testing, deployment, and production-support activities
• Ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud Finance best practices and business processes
• Provide clear status updates to clients and project stakeholders
