Job summary

Southern Company is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Developer to lead hands-on design, development, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions for Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain. You will drive secure, scalable ERP implementations in a SaaS environment and mentor engineers to high standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7–10+ years of ERP development experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, OIC, BI Publisher/OTBI, SQL-based data modeling.
Strong SaaS extensibility knowledge and upgrade-safe design.

Responsibilities

Act as a senior technical authority for Oracle Cloud ERP design, extensions, and integrations.
Lead solution design for complex enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives.
Translate business requirements into scalable, upgrade‑safe technical solutions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture standards and governance.
