Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst/Administrator to support, administer, and enhance its Oracle Cloud EPM platform with a focus on Planning/EPBCS. The role requires hands-on EPM administration, development, and strong finance process knowledge, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Tax and IT.

The candidate should have Groovy scripting, EPM Automate, REST APIs, data integration, and Smart View experience, plus the ability to translate business needs into scalable Oracle EPM

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with EPM products, preferably Oracle PBCS/FCC/ARCS
• 5 years of experience in designing, building or implementing technical solutions or accounting/business analysis

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM applications with emphasis on Planning/EPBCS.
• Assist in planning and forecast cycles, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Gather requirements, document functional/technical specs, and develop automation to improve efficiency.
• Support production jobs, monitor integrations, and ensure reliability across source/target systems.
• Mentor users and collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax and IT teams.
