Job summary

Houlihan Lokey, a leading global investment bank, is seeking a Lead Oracle Engineer in Boston within Information Technology to own the Oracle Cloud ecosystem, architecting and delivering enterprise‑grade solutions built on Oracle APEX, OIC, and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
8+ years hands-on with Oracle technologies including Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle APEX, ODI, OIC, SQL and PL/SQL.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications with focus on security, workflow, and maintainability.
Lead data pipelines and ETL processes; design integrations between Fusion Cloud ERP and internal/external systems using OIC.
Create reusable integration patterns, error handling, logging, and reconciliation for reliable operations.
Develop solutions across Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, PO, Expenses, Cash, FA).
Write and optimize SQL/PL/SQL packages and objects; performance tuning.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and translate needs into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
Ensure SOX, ITGC, data security, and change-management alignment with security and audit teams.
Troubleshoot complex production issues across Oracle stack; provide root-cause analysis and remediation.
Support end-to-end testing (unit, integration, UAT) and post-upgrade validation.
Provide technical guidance to developers on Oracle APEX, OIC, and integration best practices.
