TTM Technologies, Inc. in Utah is seeking a Senior Finance Business Systems Analyst to support and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite finance capabilities. You will partner with Corporate Finance to drive scalable solutions, own production support, and mentor junior analysts.

The role emphasizes functional leadership, requirements gathering, and hands-on deployment across AP, AR, GL, FA, and related finance modules. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience with Oracle EBS Finance.
• Experience partnering with Finance to implement Oracle Finance solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, FA, Credit, Collections, EBTax.

Responsibilities

• Support, analyze, configure, and enhance Oracle EBS Finance applications (AP, AR, GL, FA, Credit, Collections, EBTax, Projects).
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable Oracle solutions.
• Create functional specs, coordinate testing, and work with developers through implementation.
• Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
• Act as functional owner and mentor junior analysts.
• Provide senior-level production support and manage multiple priorities.
• Support deployments, post-go-live stabilization, and projects.
• Travel for go-lives (<10%).

Job description

Onsite in Utah and built for experienced Finance Systems professionals. In this Senior Finance Business Systems Analyst role, you will support and improve Oracle E-Business Suite finance capabilities at TTM Technologies, partnering closely with Corporate Finance and business stakeholders to drive scalable solutions. The position includes hands-on ownership of production support, enhancements, and stabilization activities, with opportunities to lead functional discussions and mentor junior analysts.

What you'll work on

• Support, analyze, configure, and enhance Oracle EBS Finance applications, including AP, AR, GL, FA, Credit, Collections, EBTax, Projects, Workflow, and related Finance solutions.
• Partner with Corporate Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend scalable Oracle solutions.
• Create functional specifications, coordinate testing, and work with developers from solution design through implementation and production deployment.
• Investigate complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective solutions.
• Act as a functional owner by driving functional discussions and providing technical leadership when appropriate.
• Provide senior-level production support for Oracle Finance applications while managing multiple priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor junior Business Systems Analysts by sharing Oracle functional knowledge and best practices.
• Support production deployments, post-go-live stabilization, and implementation projects when required.
• Travel may be required for go-lives, generally less than 10%.

Core qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting Oracle EBS Finance applications.
• Experience partnering with Finance organizations to implement Oracle Finance solutions and improve business processes.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Finance applications including AP, AR, GL, FA, Credit, Collections, and EBTax.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical Oracle Finance solutions.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate functional discussions and drive practical solutions across business and technical teams.

Preferred experience

• Oracle Workflow, Approvals Management (AME), and Projects.
• SQL, Oracle implementation experience, and Oracle Finance reporting.
• Experience supporting global Finance organizations.
