The role requires 11+ years of experience, strong leadership, and deep Oracle expertise. You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve performance and reliability across the enterprise data platform.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of software development experience.
• Deep expertise in Oracle development.
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience writing high-performance queries and optimizing large-scale data processing applications.
• Proven experience designing and building enterprise database solutions.
• Ability to lead technical teams while remaining hands-on.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, application design, and performance engineering.
• Experience reviewing technical designs and code produced by other developers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
