Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Senior Oracle APEX Developer to support a broad range of IT services for government missions. The role emphasizes full lifecycle development, Oracle APEX expertise, and strong customer interfacing to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.

The candidate should possess 8+ years of Oracle development experience, be a U.S. citizen, and able to obtain a public trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years experience; exceptions possible with relevant certifications.
• US Citizenship required; ability to obtain public trust clearance.
• Experience with full lifecycle development of Oracle Applications and APEX.
• Proficient with Oracle IDEs such as Quest Toad and Oracle SQL Developer.
• Strong front-end skills: JQuery, Ajax, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
• Proficient in PL/SQL, Java, PowerShell, and Unix scripting.
• Experience handling unstructured data (BLOBs, CLOBs, JSON, XMLType) in Oracle.
• Ability to write and maintain system documentation; strong communication.
• Agile experience; customer interface and teamwork-focused.
• Experience with BI Publisher templates and web services.
• Prefer government contracting experience; DOJ clearance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full lifecycle development of custom Oracle Applications, primarily using Oracle APEX.
• Perform advanced use of Oracle APEX 4.0+ and associated IDEs.
• Work with JQuery, Ajax, JS, CSS, and HTML to design dynamic web content.
• Create dynamic reports within Oracle APEX; support Oracle Database 11+.
• Provide support for Oracle database objects and PL/SQL packages.
• Assist with storage, retrieval and manipulation of unstructured data in Oracle.
• Integrate and manage BI Publisher templates and web services.
• Deliver enterprise-level workflow-centric applications and automate business processes.
• Collaborate with the program manager and interface with customers to capture requirements.
