Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Data Scientist focused on supply chain optimization.
• MS or PhD in CS/OR/Applied Math/ML or related field.
• Experience with mathematical programming solvers (Gurobi/CPLEX/OR-Tools).
• Strong programming in Python, PySpark and SQL with ML libraries.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Refactor the optimization algorithm in Python using OO design.
• Apply data science to supply chain optimization for Retail/CPG.
• Develop predictive models and optimization for inventory and allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements.
• Design experiments to evaluate replenishment strategies and policies.
• Monitor KPIs for replenishment and allocation and propose improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation.
• Mentor and collaborate with a growing data science team.
