Responsibilities
- Drive sales of capital and consumable products addressing respiratory surgical complications to hospitals
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maintain existing business and pursue new revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with field sales teams to achieve sales targets and drive incremental revenue
- Conduct post-sales activities including product education, implementation, and ongoing support
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products and customer needs to foster strong relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas in a competitive environment
- Strong understanding of the sales process and medical sales arena
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 7 years of sales experience in medical devices or medical capital
- Experience selling in the acute care hospital operating room environment
- Ability to quickly compile contracts with supporting financial business cases
- Strong computer proficiency and business application skills
- Experience with demo capital equipment movement
