Deriva Energy is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support NERC Operations and Planning (O&P) compliance from our Charlotte, NC headquarters. You will assist with evidence collection, documentation updates, and audit preparation while gaining familiarity with NERC requirements and internal processes.
This in-person role offers occasional remote work one day per week and involves collaboration with IT and other teams to support tracking and reporting in our compliance program.

The Compliance Analyst supports Deriva Energy’s efforts to maintain compliance with applicable NERC Operations and Planning (O&P) Standards. This role works closely with the Generation Compliance team and internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to help review documentation, maintain compliance records, and support ongoing monitoring of compliance activities. The Compliance Analyst will assist with evidence collection, documentation updates, and audit preparation while gaining familiarity with NERC requirements and internal compliance processes. This position may also support small compliance-related projects and process improvement initiatives. This position is located at Deriva Energy Headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
This position is based in Charlotte, NC. This is an in-person position with option to work remotely one day per week.
