Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of direct patient care in nursing, current RN licensure, and active BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. An associate degree, nursing diploma, or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with compact license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Associate’s, Nursing Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using clinical standards and critical thinking
• Delivering patient-centered, culturally competent care in partnership with patients and families
• Coordinating safe care delivery through effective interdisciplinary communication and documentation
• Supporting performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practices
• Mentoring and serving as a preceptor to foster a skilled workforce
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare policies, standards, and safety protocols
