Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and drive KPI results with the MOD and staff.
• Deliver high-quality optometric care per protocols and standards.
• Support medical practice, referral care, and pre/post-op surgical needs.
• Maintain state licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
