Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in opto-electronics and/or microelectronics manufacturing.
• Experience with optical alignment or critical alignment processes.
• Working knowledge of mechanical design and tolerance analysis (GD&T).
• Self-starting and self-directed with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiments to identify key process variables.
• Develop manufacturing parameters and work instructions.
• Determine root cause solutions to process challenges.
• Conduct process capability studies and statistical methods.
• Guide support across departments utilizing similar processes.
