Qualifications

Experience with optical alignment or critical alignment processes.
Working knowledge of mechanical design and tolerance analysis (GD&T).
Self-starting and self-directed with strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Lead experiments to identify key process variables.
Develop manufacturing parameters and work instructions.
Determine root cause solutions to process challenges.
Conduct process capability studies and statistical methods.
Guide support across departments utilizing similar processes.
