BASE SALARY: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
MUST HAVE:
- Ownership mentality with a high sense of urgency
- Experience managing high advertiser volume across multiple funnels with accountability for performance outcomes
- Proven ability to optimize landing pages and campaign funnels for KPIs and revenue goals
- Strong analytical skills to translate datasets into actionable insights
- Effective cross-functional communication skills with Yield, Copy, and Media teams
- Proficiency in tracking/reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) and Excel
- Creative problem-solving with understanding of marketing psychology and user behavior
EXPERIENCE: 4–6 years in optimization, CRO, or performance marketing with hands-on landing page testing and funnel management
YOUR ROLEDrive growth and profitability in the Make Money/Manage Money vertical through data-driven funnel and landing page optimizations. Lead testing strategy and execution in collaboration with marketing, creative, and performance teams to scale advertiser outcomes.
Outcomes (Performance Expectations):- Increase landing page conversion rates and margin by 10% within 90 days through test-driven optimizations. Launch at least 3 high-impact A/B tests monthly.
- Translate data into hypotheses and recommendations to improve performance. Partner with Yield and Account Management to enhance deep-funnel KPIs.
- Lead bi-weekly syncs with Copywriting and User Acquisition teams to align testing priorities.
- Drive quarterly strategic experimentation initiatives.
- Own the strategy and testing roadmap within 6 months with minimal oversight.
- Consistently deliver measurable CVR or LTV gains for new advertisers.
