BASE SALARY: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

MUST HAVE:

  • Relentless ownership mentality with a high sense of urgency
  • Experience managing high advertiser volume across multiple funnels with accountability for performance outcomes
  • Proven skills in optimizing landing pages and campaign funnels for KPIs and revenue goals
  • Strong analytical skills to translate datasets into actionable insights
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills
  • Proficiency in tracking/reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) and Excel
  • Creative problem-solving with an understanding of marketing psychology and user behavior

EXPERIENCE: 4–6 years in optimization, CRO, or performance marketing with hands-on testing and funnel management

YOUR ROLE: Drive growth and profitability in the Make Money/Manage Money vertical through data-driven funnel and landing page optimizations. Own testing strategy and execution, collaborating with marketing, creative, and performance teams to scale outcomes.

Outcomes (Performance Expectations):

  • Increase landing page conversion rates and margins by 10% within 90 days through test-driven optimizations
  • Launch at least 3 high-impact A/B tests per month across device types and user journeys
  • Generate insights from data to improve performance and partner with Yield and Account Management teams
  • Lead bi-weekly syncs with Copy and User Acquisition teams
  • Drive quarterly strategic experimentation initiatives
  • Own offer/advertiser strategy and testing roadmap within 6 months
  • Deliver measurable CVR or LTV gains for new advertisers

Total Compensation: Includes base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and benefits. Future increases based on performance.
