Launch Potato is seeking a results-driven CRO/landing page optimization professional to drive high-impact tests across multi-channel campaigns. You will own end-to-end optimization from copy to UI/UX, coordinating with Copy, Design, and Media teams.
You will run A/B and multivariate tests, QA launches, and report outcomes to guide future strategies. This is a remote-first role with focus on performance marketing and lead-generation excellence.
Our mission: create predictable, high-value customer acquisition at scale by connecting discovery, intent, and performance across category-leading consumer brands in finance, travel, and entertainment.
We run profitable and bootstrapped, with a South Florida HQ and a remote-first team across 18 countries.
You own outcomes here, not tasks. We measure work by impact, not activity. The pace is real, and change is constant, so the people who do best turn change into opportunity instead of waiting for it to settle. Feedback runs direct and lands with respect. Ordinary people make themselves extraordinary at Launch Potato.
MUST HAVE:
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years in a performance marketing or CRO execution role. You’ve launched tests, owned strategy, QA and implementation, and collaborated with strategic leads to bring ideas to life.
YOUR ROLE
Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests that optimize performance across high-traffic campaigns. You’ll bring revenue-driving optimizations to life through hands-on building, multi-variate analysis, launching, and reporting to ensure flawless execution and continuous iteration, and you’ll balance expectations of internal and external KPIs.
