Qualifications

• Expertise in linear programming, MILP, constraint programming, and metaheuristics.
• Fluent Python for scientific computing and robust software development.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud/edge infrastructure.
• Ability to model real-world problems as mathematical optimization solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced optimization algorithms for manufacturing precedence graphs.
• Build production scheduling systems that replan operations under 10 minutes during disruptions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to translate workflows into optimization models.
• Write production-grade code with tests and participate in code reviews.
• Apply computational geometry to extract dependencies from CAD models.
• Develop graph algorithms for complex manufacturing dependencies and resource constraints.
