Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Optimization Data Scientist with strong expertise in Linear & Mixed Integer Programming, production-grade Machine Learning, and MLOps on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this role, you will develop, maintain, and enhance optimization models that support critical business decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI solutions and continuously improve optimization performance in a production environment.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Model Development, Data Pipelines, & MLOps: Design, optimize, and maintain production-grade Linear and Mixed Integer Programming models and AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), supported by scalable data integration pipelines and robust MLOps practices such as CI/CD, deployment, and lifecycle monitoring.

Business Alignment, Analytics, & Stakeholder Communication: Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions while performing ad hoc data analysis and creating visualizations to present clear optimization insights and results to stakeholders.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• 4–9 years of experience in Data Science, Optimization, or Operations Research .
• Strong Python programming skills with experience writing clean, modular, production-ready code .
• Hands-on experience deploying ML solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .
• Strong knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production model lifecycle management .
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and manipulation.
