Qualifications

• Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations for precision optics to meet company standards and timelines.
• Oversee production schedules and efficient resource use to meet delivery expectations.
• Lead quality control and implement inspection protocols with corrective actions.
• Drive process optimization using Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to reduce costs and waste.
• Manage and develop manufacturing engineers, technicians, and operators.
