Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, EE, Mechanical Engineering or related field with 8+ years experience; or MS 6+ years; or PhD 4+ years.
- Active DoD Secret clearance at time of application.
- Experience with EO imaging systems (visible to LWIR) incl. optical design, alignment and test.
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in integration and testing of electro-optical subsystems; ensure top-tier performance.
- Develop, author, review test plans, procedures and test cases from system requirements.
- Oversee hardware/software/firmware integration ensuring interoperability and timelines.
