Job summary

VisionWorks in Texas is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead who will be the face of our business and ensure the best possible experience for every patient. Candidates should have at least 12 months of optical experience, and will engage with customers while accomplishing daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (within Visionworks or other organization) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product knowledge.
