Job summary

You will work on-site in Albuquerque, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, and participate in proposal development and program management

Qualifications

• Require ability to obtain U.S. Top Secret/SCI clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• 5+ years of related experience in electro-optics or laser systems.
• Experience with EO/IR systems design, analysis, integration and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements for electro-optical, sensor, laser, and EM systems.
• Architect integration of multiple systems into higher-level platforms.
• Conduct trade studies, modeling, simulation to optimize performance.
• Design complex electro-optical and laser systems.
• Develop and implement tests to validate designs against requirements.
• Support lifecycle and supplier performance to meet requirements.
• Assist with project management: SOW, budget, schedule, reviews.
• Contribute to major proposal sections.
• Some work in a clean room environment.
