Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC seeks a Program Security OPSEC Analyst Level 3 to support USSF missions. You will perform OPSEC assessments, develop CIILs, deliver training, and prepare leadership briefings in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have a TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in OPSEC/IO roles, and experience across physical, cyber, and information security domains, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility/access.
• 10+ years of OPSEC/IO analyst experience.
• Extensive knowledge of OPSEC principles, vulnerability assessments, threat analysis, risk management, and countermeasure development.
• Experience developing OPSEC plans and CIILs for DoD missions and critical functions.
• Experience assessing physical, cyber, mechanical, and structural security vulnerabilities and developing mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of threat and vulnerability analysis including anti-terrorism scenarios, modeling, and simulations.
• OPSEC program lifecycle management, continuity planning, crisis response, and training performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OPSEC assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify critical information, indicators, threats, and operational risks.
• Develop, implement, and maintain OPSEC plans, including CIILs and countermeasures.
• Evaluate procedures, systems, and information flows to identify vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
• Perform risk and threat analyses to assess potential impact of compromised information.
• Develop and deliver OPSEC training and awareness programs.
• Monitor OPSEC and IO compliance and strengthen security posture.
• Analyze intelligence products to identify threats and trends affecting missions.
• Prepare clear reports, assessments, and executive briefings for leaders.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate OPSEC requirements into planning and processes.
• Support broader security activities including risk management, crisis continuity, and security architecture.
