Job summary

3M is seeking a Sr Manager, Operations Excellence and PMO in Global Logistics, based in Dekalb, IL. The role leads cross-functional supply chain initiatives, drives PMO standards, and mentors teams across divisions. Hybrid work is allowed with travel to the Dekalb facility at least four days per week.

Compensation ranges between $221,591 and $270,834, with base pay plus incentives. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial engineering, business or related field.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Project Management certification.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or operations excellence in private, public, government or military.
• 5+ years of experience in project leadership or operations excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex cross-functional supply chain/logistics improvement initiatives.
• Drive project execution within distribution centers, focusing on efficiency, automation, and process optimization.
• Develop, implement, and maintain PMO standards across the organization.
• Mentor/coach multiple teams, provide training on project leadership tools and methodologies.
• Manage budgets, forecast finances, and authorize vendor payments.
