Job summary

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to support the Process Engineering team. You will own a product roadmap and deliver next‑generation AMZL delivery stations from inception to execution, partnering with leaders across engineering, design, and operations.

The role requires 6+ years in industrial/operations engineering, 5+ years in equipment development, and strong CAD skills. Expect travel up to 30% and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as an industrial/operations/manufacturing/project engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing equipment development experience.
• Experience in program or project management with cross-functional delivery.
• Proficiency with at least one CAD technology (AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, SolidWorks, CREO, BIM360, SketchUp, or KeyShot).

Responsibilities

• Initiate, define, plan, and manage rollout of product features for the next-generation AMZL Delivery Stations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Tech, and Operations to build impactful products.
• Identify and onboard new programs.
• Lead execution with discipline and cross-functional teams.
• Present concepts, designs, and roadmaps to senior leadership; strong communication required.
• Hold partner teams accountable for delivery of the project roadmap and milestones.
• Drive innovation across AMZL Strategic Planning and Process Engineering Org.
• Travel up to 30% as needed.
