Job summary

Core4ce is seeking a senior OPIR software architect to lead design, development, and fielding of OPIR-focused capabilities. The role requires guiding architecture and integrating OPIR workflows across systems and analysts.

The ideal candidate will bring deep TPED experience, data processing expertise, and extensive DoD/IC mission systems knowledge, coordinating with government stakeholders to ensure operationally relevant solutions.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI eligibility with potential CI Poly
• Degree in Software Engineering, CS, or related field
• 13 years experience with MA/MS or 15 years with BA/BS
• Minimum 5 years OPIR data systems experience
• 10–15 years software/system engineering with DoD/IC mission systems

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level expertise to guide OPIR software architecture, design, and implementation.
• Assess design docs, UI prototypes, and software artifacts for operational OPIR suitability.
• Participate in sprint reviews, TIMs, and design reviews focused on OPIR integration.
• Support government stakeholders by validating contractor performance against OPIR objectives.
• Ensure software capabilities meet current and emerging OPIR requirements.
• Implement ML models and Python for automated data processing.
• Build and deploy web-based applications to support mission-critical workflows.
• Apply materials science to analyze weapon system components and signatures.
• Brief leadership on technical findings and analytical assessments.
• Design, optimize, and manage databases for intelligence data storage and retrieval.
• Conduct instrumentation analysis to validate sensor performance.
• Leverage weapon systems knowledge to support threat assessment and TI analyses.
