Job summary

Ora LLC is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager/Clinical Project Manager to lead ophthalmic clinical trials within a global project delivery team. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, budget and timeline oversight, and collaboration with sponsors and vendors to ensure regulatory compliance.

The Sr. CPM will manage project plans, budgets, and study metrics, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to process improvements. Domestic travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science with 7+ years of clinical trial experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical project management experience.
• Ophthalmology experience preferred.
• Experience with Veeva TMF and CTMS.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• May manage department Clinical Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Clinical Trial Associates and other supporting staff.
• Manages cross functional project teams to deliver high-quality clinical trials in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate interdepartmental groups (stats, data management, safety, manufacturing, regulatory, vendors) in a matrix environment.
• Create and maintain project timelines and budgets; provide weekly reviews.
• Prepare high-quality reports for management on program status and issues.
• Ensure review of eTMF for completeness.
• Travel up to 15% (mostly domestic, overnight).
