This hands-on role partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and IT to deliver measurable value. Leads Lean Six Sigma projects (Black Belt level) using DMAIC/PDCA, builds capabilities, coaches Green Belts, and develops dashboards to report benefits and KPI trends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional Lean Six Sigma projects with sustained results.
• Advanced Lean Six Sigma knowledge and application of DMAIC/PDCA, value stream mapping, and Kaizen events.
• Proven ability to coach and enable Green Belts and build capability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Translates site strategy into OpEx plans and a portfolio of improvement projects.
• Leads cross-functional Lean Six Sigma projects from define through control.
• Develops and maintains dashboards; tracks benefits and KPI trends.
• Establishes control plans and handoffs for sustainability and audit readiness.
• Delivers Lean Six Sigma training from awareness to Green Belt level.
