You will establish governance, drive portfolio planning, develop business cases, manage budgets, and coach a PMO/analyst team while advancing Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and ensuring safety, quality, and compliance in GMP-adjacent

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Associate’s degree with 9+ years of experience.
• High school diploma with 11+ years of experience.
• 2–5 years of people management experience.
• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience, with 5+ years in site/manufacturing, operations, or life sciences environment.
• Demonstrated success delivering multi-million-dollar, multi-workstream programs and establishing or maturing PMO/portfolio practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, site-critical projects and multi-workstream programs.
• Establish and run robust project governance, including steering committees and stage gates.
• Drive portfolio planning and resource sequencing with functional leaders.
• Develop business cases, define KPIs, and track value realization.
• Maintain integrated project plans, RAID logs, and dependency maps.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communications.
• Apply structured change management to ensure adoption and sustainment.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage project budgets and forecasts with financial discipline.
• Create executive dashboards using MS Project/Smartsheet and Power BI/Tableau.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance in GMP-adjacent environments.
• Coordinate vendors and third parties; manage SOWs and performance.
• Develop and coach PM/Analyst/Coordinator team.
• Participate in recruitment and retention strategies.
• Address performance gaps and partner with HR for resolution.
