The Senior Operations Transformation Program Manager is an operational leader on the forefront of driving Rehlko Operations capabilities and capacity into the future. This role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives aligned to Rehlko\'s operational strategies for foot printing, product and process alignment, resiliency, capacity expansion, process rationalization, insourcing and outsourcing initiatives just to name a few. This role will partner across the enterprise engaging various functions in order to execute the role \-- ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement which aligns with Rehlko\'s organizational goals.

Specific Responsibilities: Footprint / Expansion /Consolidation Projects

Lead global manufacturing footprint optimization projects, including greenfield facility deployments, capacity expansions, consolidations, closures, and network level-loading studies to improve operational efficiency, capacity utilization, and long-term business growth.

Execute global load balancing projects aligning products, components, processes and across multiple facilities.

Partner with various businesses in establishing required physical facility presence within markets to drive customer support and sales capabilities.

Process and Equipment Projects
