Job summary

DCS Corporation is seeking Senior Operations Systems Analysts to support the NSWCDD B30 EWSO mission. Analysts will study threat systems, adversary tactics and kill chains, fleet operations, and AN/SLQ-32 capabilities to inform EW requirements, concepts, testing, and documentation. Ideal candidates translate fleet experience and emerging threats into guidance for engineering teams.

U.S. citizenship and an active Secret clearance are required, with 12+ years of threat system analysis experience

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.

• 12+ years of threat system analysis and/or EW operations experience.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience developing and reviewing technical documentation, ConOps, TTPs, and OT&E.

DCS is seeking Senior Operations Systems Analysts to support the NSWCDD B30 Electronic Warfare and Spectrum Operations (EWSO) mission. These positions will analyze threat systems, adversary tactics and kill chains, fleet operations, and AN/SLQ-32 system capabilities to inform EW requirements, operational concepts, testing, and technical documentation. Ideal candidates can translate fleet experience and emerging threats into actionable guidance for engineering teams.

Hiring for this role is dependent on the successful award of the contract. Offer and start date are subject to change based on the final award decision.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

High School Diploma plus 12 years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems.

Active Secret security clearance.

Demonstrate experience in the following areas:

• Threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force Operational Plans, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations.
• Electronic Maneuver Warfare systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities.
• Experience with LINUX and MS Windows operating systems.
• Systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, Concept of Operations, Concept of Employment, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), Developmental and Operational Test & Evaluation.
• Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process 5000 series. System variants of the AN/SLQ-32 (V) and integrated systems.
