Job summary

Arenatechnologies is seeking an experienced Operations Research SME to assist in systems engineering and testing programs for the Department of Homeland Security at our Alexandria, VA headquarters. This role demands over 20 years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree.

The ideal candidate will manage T&E document reviews, provide protocol alignment with DHS, and work closely with test teams to enhance operational assessments.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in relevant fields.
• DHS T&E Level 3, DAWIA T&E Practitioner Level 2/3, and/or CTEP certification.
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain DHS Suitability.

Responsibilities

• Review program T&E documents and provide government advice.
• Develop/update T&E processes and policy documents.
• Collaborate with test teams to assess critical operating issues.
