The Integrated Solutions, Modeling, and Architecture (ISMA) directorate assesses, develops, and evaluates solution architectures for our customers’ largest, most complex challenges across all the operational domains. In the Operations and Mission Analysis Department you’ll be part of a special team that analyzes the world’s most challenging threats and helps define new capabilities to counter them, pushing the boundaries of innovation, and leading the industry in operational modeling and simulation using our purpose-built software. As a member in the Concept of Operations (CONOPS) Analysis Section, you will be joining a team of high-performing engineers focused on using modeling and simulating tools to conduct analysis on current and future integrated systems including sensors, effectors, command and control capabilities, to support the development of next generation of CONOPS for countering peer competitor threats across the operational domains. Our team’s efforts include conducting analysis at the campaign, mission and system level based on our warfighting customer requirements. The CONOPS Analysis section is hiring for a Modeling and Simulation Engineer, Senior Systems Engineer. This is an onsite role in either Woburn or Tewksbury, MA.
We Prefer Advanced Degree in one of the following majors: Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Operations Research, Math, Applied Math, Industrial Engineering, Physics, or Aerospace Engineering Active Secret or Top Secret DoD clearance Knowledge of the system engineering life-cycle mode Experience in data analysis and statistics with large volumes of data Experience conducting analyses and studies, including how to define and execute a study Experience evaluating new concepts of operation and developing new technology use cases Demonstrated technical and analytical skills to develop credible results for presenting to the customer Experience in concepts such as Concept of Operations (CONOPS), system tradeoffs, threat definitions, and system of system assessments
Clearance Information: This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
