Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, coordination with sales and estimators, and effective communication with customers to resolve disputes and advance project goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in contracting, construction or industrial service industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems and pumps, motors, and control systems is essential.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with typical Microsoft programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Publisher, and Adobe.
• Minimum 1 year in a managerial position overseeing mechanical systems, service, maintenance, or sales.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Service Manager to deploy field service technicians and meet project requirements and budgets.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including service, sales and financial performance.
• Oversee installation, start‑up, repair, and replacement projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
• Engage with customers for dispute resolution and satisfaction of services.
• Attend job walks and provide information for estimators to bid on new projects.
