Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks an Operations Principal Project Management professional for an onsite role in Oklahoma City, OK. You will oversee procurement-focused operations, coordinate between project management, planning, and engineering, and ensure timely delivery of parts and kits for the installation team.

The role emphasizes liaison with Global Supply Chain, execution of CAM duties, and development of resolutions to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of related experience, or Master's with 6 years.
• Experience in project/program management, business management, price/cost, finance, data analytics, or subcontracts.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain/maintain the final adjudicated U.S. Government Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings and parts lists to determine procurement requirements.
• Reconcile Engineering BOM and Procurement BOM to own the master parts list.
• Support data requests from Global Supply Chain and facilitate supplier onboarding.
• Resolve supply chain hurdles with substitutions and expedite approvals.
• Forecast invoice timing and address SPI/CPI discrepancies.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure kits are ready for installation on aircraft.
