• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to obtain/maintain US government secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational aspects of projects focusing on part procurement and tracking.
• Serve as liaison between project management, planning, engineering, and global supply chain.
• Forecast invoices, manage procurement budgets and EVMS reporting.
• Review engineering docs to understand procurement requirements and BOM alignment.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve supply chain hurdles and supplier issues.
• Communicate status and facilitate data calls between Global Supply Chain and Engineering.
