Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 10 years of Master Scheduling/Sr. Planning experience required.
• APICS preferred.
• SAP S4 HANA or similar software experience along with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written, verbal and analytical communication skills required.
• Substantial product, plant, process, systems and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Management
• Forecast Management
• Conversion of Customer sales orders to MRP (done systemically)
• Set and maintain the factory plan in accordance with the companies financial target
• Manage the Production Plan
• Manage finished product Inventory levels
• ECO and Effectivety date Management
• New Product introduction
• Establish and maintain performance measurements
• Manage Master Scheduled items
• Provide leadership and mentor peers throughout the organization
• Identify and establish Best business practices, such as Lean Manufacturing
