Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Operations Planner and Integrator to support USARCENT at Shaw AFB, SC. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor’s degree with 15 years of experience (or 4 years in lieu). Occasional overseas travel may be required.

The position entails coordinating cross-staff planning, leading MDMP/JPP activities, and producing OPORDs/CONOPs for Army forces, with on-site daily duties and 24/7 support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; fifteen years of experience, or four years in lieu of degree.
• Joint professional military education preferred.
• Candidates should have strong MDMP/JPP understanding and joint planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-staff and unit planning on 24-hour to 3-month horizon to align with commander's intent.
• Lead and contribute to the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) and Joint Planning Process (JPP).
• Develop OPORDs, FRAGORDs, TASKORDs, information papers, briefs, talking points, EXSUMs, and CONOPs for Army employment.
• Support 24/7/365 operations to synchronize information and deliver timely orders.
