Job summary

SAIC is seeking an Army Recon Attack Aviation & Maneuver Support Planner to support USARCENT at Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina. This role requires deep expertise in Army Aviation missions, SME analyses, and coordination with multiple government partners to develop CONOPs and briefing materials.

The position expects 8–10 years of relevant experience in reconnaissance, attack aviation, UAS, or maneuver planning, with an active Secret clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years’ experience; 4 additional years can substitute for degree.
• Active Secret clearance; US Citizenship required.
• Experience in Army reconnaissance, attack aviation, UAS, or maneuver planning at brigade, division, corps, ASCC, or joint level.
• Military aviation PME or equivalent operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide design, coordination, and analytical support to assist Government planners with Army Aviation missions.
• Provide SME analysis and recommendations to Government decision-makers.
• Coordinate with Government planners and liaisons to support integration of Army Aviation capabilities.
• Draft concepts of operation (CONOPs) for aviation missions.
• Analyze the operating environment for opportunities and risks for Government consideration.
• Develop briefings, reports, and documentation for Government review.
