Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the activities of the Control and Reporting Center (CRC) mission and Air Battle Management functions.
• Set Operations Branch goals for long- and short-range planning and execution of programs.
• Provide direction and guidance for Operations activities; analyze resources to support mission goals.
• Plan work, assign priority, and prepare schedules; ensure proper staffing and utilization of resources.
• Oversee training programs (DOT) and mission training program (MTP); develop UTC training.
• Ensure instructor personnel meet certification standards; maintain wartime training readiness.
• Develop policies, procedures and plans to execute weapons and C2 capabilities; coordinate with National Guard Bureau.
