A day in the life of our Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

• Creating and optimizing marketing workflows: Be responsible for execution and maintenance of everything from creating email programs to setting up lead nurturing campaigns. Expertise in email programs and audience segmentation is a must in order to lead A/B testing within campaigns, and other optimizations.
• Managing marketing technology: Assist in managing the Marketing Technology stack, which includes tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Bizible, Qualified, and others. Ensure that these tools are integrated and working properly, and help to troubleshoot any problems that arise.
• Tracking and measuring marketing metrics: Provide insight on performance of marketing campaigns. Use data to identify what’s working and what’s not, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely and communicate effectively with marketing, sales, sales operations, and many, many others, to ensure that marketing campaigns are successful. Work to understand the needs of each team and to find ways to make marketing campaigns more effective.

The salary range for this role is $91,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
