Salary: $145k-$190k (depending on experience) We are seeking an accomplished Senior Operations Manager to lead and coordinate complex operational efforts across multiple departments and locations. This role is responsible for formulating policies, managing daily operations, and optimizing the use of resources to ensure mission success. The position serves as the overall lead and administrator for the contracted effort, acting as the primary interface with the Government COR on technical and project issues. Essential Functions:

• * Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all operational activities across the program.
