Qualifikationen

• Must have experience working on Duke System and power distribution projects.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in construction-related field; OSHA 10 certification.

Aufgaben

• Oversee total construction effort to ensure projects align with design, budget, and schedule.
• Interface with field managers, clients, subcontractors, and owners to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise activities of all operations' personnel on projects.
• Prepare weekly revenue and cost reports and assist in invoicing and AR management.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and safety programs across projects.
• Directly supervise 3 to 10 supervisors and manage performance, training, and discipline.
